Two Homes. One Culinary Journey.

Discover Cambodian cuisine through two private dining experiences by Chef Nak. Phnom Penh is the original home, an intimate setting, shaped by memory, regional recipes, and generous hospitality. Siem Reap is the Angkorean chapter, an immersive tasting journey inspired by Cambodia’s spiritual heart.

In both homes, each course is paired with freshly crafted drinks and accompanied by live traditional music.

Home Dining Experience in Phnom Penh

The Original Khmer Home: warm, personal dining rooted in heritage.

Phnom Penh is the origin home—an intimate private dining experience hosted in Chef Nak’s heritage house. Begin with a gentle garden welcome, often at sunset, with homemade refreshments prepared for the evening. A five-course tasting follows, paired course by course with handcrafted drinks, botanical infusions, seasonal fruits, house ferments, and curated premium spirits—designed to mirror each dish’s balance. Every plate is cooked fresh and shared with quiet storytelling drawn from regional family recipes, seasonal ingredients, and touches of royal Cambodian refinement.

Live traditional music completes a calm, memorable night.

A fully private home dining experience in Siem Reap (Chef Nak’s Angkorean chapter) shaped by Angkorean heritage, royal refinement, and seasonal ingredients. The evening begins with a gentle welcome, simple rituals, and house refreshments, then unfolds as a five-course tasting paired with handcrafted drinks. Pairings are made fresh from botanicals, local fruits, aromatic leaves, traditional infusions, select house ferments, and curated premium spirits—crafted to mirror, contrast, and elevate each dish. The menu follows the rhythm of land and season, inspired by Angkorean-era foodways and the quiet discipline of royal Cambodian cuisine. The presentation is thoughtful, storytelling is shared with heart, and live traditional music completes a calm, intimate setting. Fully private and tailored to your group for celebrations, hosting, and cultural travelers.
