The remaining balance is due on the service date; many guests prefer to settle it in advance for a seamless experience.

Standard Cancellations

Cancel 90 days or more before your service date → full refund of the deposit.

Cancel fewer than 90 days before the service date → deposit becomes non-refundable.

Last-Minute Bookings (0–7 days out)

100 % payment is required upfront to confirm.

Payments for last-minute bookings are non-refundable if you cancel.

Because we host only one private group at a time, each reservation blocks our entire venue and team. Thank you for understanding and for giving us as much notice as possible if your plans change.
