Yes. Our signature Private Home Dining and Immersive Cooking Class experiences are designed as private experiences for the confirmed guest or group.

This allows us to create a more personal, relaxed, and meaningful experience around your group.

Each experience is created under Chef Nak’s direction and may be personally hosted by Chef Nak or led by a Chef Nak-trained chef and cultural host, depending on location and availability.

If Chef Nak’s personal presence is important to your booking, you are welcome to request it and our team will confirm availability.

Our team will confirm availability and provide the applicable rate and booking details. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. For bookings made within 7 days of the experience date, full payment is required upon confirmation.

Your reservation is confirmed once availability has been approved and the required payment has been received.

The Private Home Dining Experience includes a five-course tasting journey shaped by seasonal Cambodian ingredients, traditional and regional recipes, and royal influences.

The experience also includes homemade welcome refreshments, thoughtfully paired cocktails or mocktails, homemade tea, cultural storytelling, live traditional Cambodian music, and dedicated hosting throughout the experience.

Menus are seasonal and curated rather than fixed.

The experience begins with a guided local-market discovery, followed by a hands-on cooking session exploring Cambodian ingredients, techniques, flavors, and culinary stories.

After cooking, guests enjoy a shared meal featuring the dishes prepared during the class, complemented by additional specialties from our team.

The full experience lasts approximately 4–4.5 hours.

Please tell us about any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special food requirements when making your reservation request.

Our culinary team will review your requirements and confirm what can be accommodated before the booking is finalized. Because our menus are seasonal and experience-led, some requests may require adjustments.

Advance reservation is required, and we recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, holidays, larger groups, and special occasions.

Last-minute requests are welcome and will be accepted whenever availability allows.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a confirmed reservation, with the remaining balance due before or on the service date. Bookings made within 7 days require full payment at confirmation.

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the service date are eligible for a refund of the deposit. Within 90 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are charged in full.

Rescheduling may be requested with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability. Guest-number changes are handled according to the timing and applicable group pricing.

Chef Nak Private Home Dining and Immersive Cooking Class are private experiences, with the per-person rate based on the size of your group.

Smaller groups have a higher per-person rate because the full experience still requires dedicated preparation, venue, culinary, hosting, and hospitality resources.

Yes. Chef Nak Private Home Dining and Immersive Cooking Class in Siem Reap currently require a minimum of 10 guests.

For Phnom Penh, our standard private pricing begins from one guest.

A Cultural Stay includes private accommodation in a Chef Nak heritage residence, daily home-style breakfast, and access to the garden, swimming pool, and dining spaces where available.

Guests may also arrange Private Home Dining, an Immersive Cooking Class, or other cultural experiences separately.

The Regular Cambodian Home Meal is a relaxed home-style dining option available to qualifying Cultural Stay guests who are also joining one of our signature culinary experiences.

It features traditional Cambodian dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients and is priced at USD 100 per person, with a minimum of two guests.

It is different from our Private Home Dining Experience and does not include the five-course tasting format, curated drink pairings, formal storytelling program, or live traditional music.
